Flower markets in Rotterdam

We visited the flower markets in Rotterdam and the colour and quality of the flowers are world class. Today we visited a pig farm and there where some of the biggest pigs I have ever seen.

Netherlands is such a productive country and their people have a lot of pride in their work. We visited a dairy farm in Rotterdam, where they produced their own power by using the methane from the dairy cows and by wind farms.

Earthquake site in Christchurch

The clean up begins in Christchurch we drove around the red zone today and saw the destruction that people went through. It is something that you would have to experience, but for the people it would never leave their memory.

Stud cattle at Bald Hills

These are some yearling heifers in our stud herd here at Bald Hills. My goal is to breed cattle just on pastures.
